A Warm Homecoming for Oscar Nominee

Family and friends were at the airport when Troy Kotsur arrived in Phoenix yesterday.

Kotsur has been nominated for an Academy Award for his work in the film CODA. He is the only deaf male actor to ever be nominated for an Oscar. He said:

“Some of my teachers from when I was a kid are here, I can’t believe how many people came out to celebrate this with me.”
