Deaf Woman Says She Lost Her Job Because her employer Wouldn’t Accommodate Her

A large childcare company is facing a discrimination claim from Brittani Edwards who claims she was let go over a lack of accommodates.

Her boss told her not to bother coming back to work because

“We have to wear masks at all times…. We are not able to remove our masks to communicate with you….”
