Matt James made "Bachelor" history Monday night as the first Black "Bachelor." But season 25 has another milestone: Abigail Heringer is the show's first deaf contestant. a The 25-year-old client financial manager from Beaverton, Oregon is one of the 32 women vying for Matt's heart. Heringer told viewers during the premiere:

“I was born completely deaf. So if I take my cochlear implant off, I can't hear anything.”
