Police share video showing car that killed deaf father in hit & run

Dmitry Putilov was biking in downtown Oakland with his young children last week when a speeding driver hit him with their car.

Putilov was riding in the designated bike lane at the time. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. You can see the accident in the Twitter video below but it is disturbing.

Oakland police say there have already been 19 fatal collisions this year in the city. They are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest of the driver of the black four-door Infiniti. Anyone with information can call the Oakland Police Department Traffic Investigation Unit at 510-777-8570.
