1st deaf 'Bachelor' contestant opens up

Abigail Heringer became the first deaf contestant on the season premiere of "The Bachelor" this week.



The first thing the 25-year-old from Beaverton, Oregon, told Matt James immediately after stepping out of the limo:

So there is something a little different about me. That is that I am deaf. So I will be reading your lips a lot tonight.
