Marlee Matlin to star in new TV show

Academy Award winner Marlee Matlin will star in a new NBC comedy, which she will also executive produce.

Matlin will play the head of a sign language interpreting agency in Los Angeles. Her own interpreter, Jack Jason, will be helping to produce the series. The writer is Ben Shelton who is also the director of the Netflix Original Film Candy Jar. Shelton knows some ASL. Read more here.
