Supreme Court rules for deaf student in Michigan education case

The high court ruled unanimously in favor of Miguel Luna Perez who attended public school in Sturgis, Michigan.

The school system gave Perez an aide who was not trained to work with deaf students, did not know sign language and left him alone for hours at a time. Below is a video report from ABC News. You can read the story here.
